Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our installation team. This role focuses exclusively on high-quality interior finish carpentry on residential construction sites and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Install interior doors, mouldings, casing, and trim to precise client specifications.
Complete back-finish work, including hardware and shoe moulding installation.
Deliver accurate, clean, and professional results on active job sites and high-rise buildings.
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, job-site cleanliness, and safety at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in finish carpentry (interior doors, trim, mouldings, and hardware).
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
Own set of professional tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew on construction sites and high rises.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate: $28 – $35 per hour (based on experience).
